TECHNICAL MEETINGS

Lead with status, impact and next action.

Organize the message first, then practise the pronunciation choices that help a listener follow it.

Pronunciation focus

Stress the status words and numbers. Keep supporting grammar lighter, then finish the final action without rushing.

Record locally if useful, listen once for message structure, and choose one change for the next attempt. Activity is not a voice judgment.

A three-pass rehearsal

  1. Read silently and underline the result, contrast, number or action your listener needs.
  2. Say each thought group separately at a comfortable pace. Keep supporting words lighter without swallowing them.
  3. Reconnect the message, listen back once, and retry only the part that became difficult to follow.

If the listener misses something, repair the exact information first: repeat the name, date, result or next action, then offer to confirm it in writing. Repair is a normal communication skill—not evidence that your accent is wrong.

Make the model yours

Replace the sample details with accurate information from your own situation. Keep the structure, but choose words you would naturally use. A short truthful answer is more useful than memorizing an unfamiliar script.
