What ProudAccent stores
Most practice can remain on your device. Account progress may include preferences and completion events. Recordings are not uploaded unless you choose an eligible private feedback flow and give consent for that attempt.
Optional providers
Configured providers receive only the information required for the selected feature. Private recordings are scheduled for deletion after processing. Provider availability, retention and deletion must be verified before launch.
Your choices
You may practise locally, withdraw consent before processing, export supported account data, request deletion, or contact the site owner.
Owner/legal review required: add the operator identity, contact address, jurisdiction, retention periods and any required regional disclosures before public launch.
Current service data
ProudAccent now supports learner accounts and may store an account name, email address, preferences, practice progress and entitlement status. Support requests store the name, email address and message supplied by the customer. When paid access is enabled, the payment provider processes card details; ProudAccent may retain provider customer, subscription and entitlement references, but not full payment-card numbers.
Optional enhanced speech processing is used only after the current consent is acknowledged. Device-local practice remains available where the activity supports it.
